How do I switch Broadband Provider?
Step 1 - Contact your current broadband provider and request your MAC code.
Step 2 - Use http://www.broadbandfinderni.com to locate a broadband provider that offers better value for money / service that your current provider.
Step 3 - Sign up online with your new provider and enter your MAC code when prompted to do so.
Step 4 - That’s it! Your new broadband should be activated within 6 – 10 days.
How do I find Broadband providers using this site?
There are two ways to research broadband packages using this site – one is browsing through the broadband suppliers and viewing the packages offered by each, the second (and best option) is using our Broadband Postcode Search.
What is the Broadband Postcode Search Facility?
Using this feature allows you to determine exactly which broadband providers and packages you can receive at your home. Simply enter your postcode and you will see all the broadband packages that are available in your area.
How do I Browse packages by Broadband provider?
This feature allows you to browse through all the packages offered by each broadband provider featured on the site e.g. If you click on the Virgin Media logo on the homepage you will be taken to a page displaying all of the packages offered by Virgin Media. The downside to this is that not all of these packages may be available in your area – this is why we recommend using our Broadband Postcode Search Facility.
