BT Broadband Reviews

I have the BT option that includes free calls and broadband - it is excellent value for money as only mobile or international calls cost anything. The broadband is brilliant - i get download speeds of around 8 meg (according to my son) and we have 4 laptops sharing the connection in our house what with facebook and so on!

Been with BT Broadband since 2006 - in that time I have not had any issues whatsoever. As mentioned in previous reviews there are cheaper options out there but for convenience (ie one bill for phone & broadband etc) I have stuck with BT and I cant compain about the serice in terms of speed or availability.

I have had BT Broadband for almost 6 years - I made an ill fated transfer to another provider (Orange) for one year and was very glad to get back to BT - even though BT are more expensive their customer service is in a different league. In all my time using BT I have only experienced 2 outages - in one year with orange considerably more.

I have been with a few different broadband providers but I am now with BT Total Broadband and I think they are the best option for me, mainly because I also get free evening and weekend calls. If I were only after a broadband option i.e. no free calls I think BT are a bit on the expensive side and i would probably consider someone else.
